Beginning on Wednesday, April 11^th at 6:30 pm, Cantor Lane will be leading an exploration of the Book of Ruth, the traditional megillah for Shavuot. In addition to reading the text and different commentaries, we will explore the nature of midrash, the rabbinic practice of creating stories based on the text. Everyone can find their own medium for a midrashic commentary on this beautiful story.
