2:00 pm – 2 people to help unload equipment

4:30 pm – 6 people to set up our concession stand

5:00 pm – 4 people to sell our refreshments

5:00 pm - 2 people to sell Rick’s merchandise

5:10 pm – Everyone on stage to rehearse “Imagine” with Rick. Learn the song at http://www.rickrecht.com/musicpromo2.html/ 

6:00 pm – Rotate sellers of concessions and merchandise

7:00 pm - Rotate sellers of concessions and merchandise

7:45 pm (approx) – Everyone sing “Imagine” with Rick

8:15 pm (approx) – 2 people to help load equipment
8:15 pm (approx) – 4 people to clean our concession stand

You must have concert tickets: under 18 are free, 18 and above $18, family maximum $72.
